MAIN COURSES Turkey Traditionally roasted served with pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing & a rich turkey gravy.

Pork Roasted pork with crackling, stuffed with sage & apple stuffing with gravy & apple sauce.
Salmon Poached and served with hollandaise sauce.
Roast Pepper & Red Pesto Tart A combination of slow roasted
peppers on a tomato salsa, infused with nut free pesto sauce.
All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
