STARTERS
Homemade Soup
Minestrone served with roll & butter

King Prawns
in Filo Pastry served on a bed of lettuce
with a sweet chilli dip

Garlic Mushrooms
Mushrooms sauted in garlic, flam-beed with brandy & finished with cream & served with a roll & butter.

Waterside Salad
Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, celery and peppers
drizzled with a honey & mustard dressing.
Can also be served with strips of chicken.

MAIN COURSES
Turkey
Traditionally roasted served with pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing & a rich turkey gravy.

Roast Pork
Roasted pork with crackling, stuffed with sage & apple stuffing with gravy & apple sauce.

Salmon
Poached and served with hollandaise sauce.

Roast Pepper & Red Pesto Tart
A combination of slow roasted peppers on a tomato salsa, infused with nut free pesto sauce.

All main courses are served with a selection of
seasonal vegetables and potatoes.


Some of these dishes may contain nuts.

DESSERTS
Christmas Pudding
Traditional Christmas pudding served with homemade brandy sauce.

Mixed Ice Cream
A mixture of strawberry, chocolate & vanilla, served with cream & a cadburys flake.

Chocolate Fudge Cake
A rich chocolate sponge covered by a plain chocolate fudge icing surrounded by dark chocolate curls. 
served warm with cream.

Cheese & Biscuits
Cheddar cheese served with a selection of biscuits, celery & grapes.

£18.00 per head

A £5 non-refundable deposit per person will be required at time of booking.
